I already know I should have been growing my membership coaching program. I already know I need to wake up at 3am in the morning. And I already know I need to start working out everyday.
I am laying here at 4:15am laying in the hospital bed because a week ago I had a stroke because I didn't do the thing that I already knew to do. I have felt for a very long time that I needed to change my diet, eat less salt, exercise, but I kept putting it off. And after a great loss 2 months ago, I kept going and did not stop to assess my own health. Although it is a painful reality too, accept this video came at the right time. I have always been encouraged by your practical ways you teach us to follow. I am determined to walk again and do the thing I already knew. Thanks for your obedience 🙏❤️💯💪
I needed to hear this message, I've gotten in the habit of calling my distractions "busy " I have been saying" Im so busy" when in reality Im letting distractions stop me from doing what I already know to do! Excellent!!!😘

I am a month late finding this but oh-so glad I did ‼️ After just turning 74 and in pretty good health, there are still some areas I could certainly have applied myself and done what I know to do. Yes I’m a Christian but when it comes to taking care of this temple God gave me…..I go from lazy to researching…already knowing what to do. As I am fasting and praying, I have realized I can give up some foods with a minimum of difficulty with Gods strength. Still needing to “do what I know to do” though when fasting is over🙏❣️ Thank you ‼️

I know a looooot that I could do. I need to choose. Prioritize. Force myself to choose my 3! Only 3. I'm almost 72, Feb. 18th Lord willing. I now have arthritis in my left hip. I had to cancel my YMCA membership because of pain when walking. I'm used to zipping around like a bee so this has been hard. Hard to get in and out of the shower to be safe so I don't fall, as I am alone with no one to help me. I had to get a handicap placard for my car from my doctor for work at my part-time job and grocery shopping. It's hard when you're on a tight budget. I worry I will have to pay someone to shovel my driveway when it snows so I have to save for that. 😥 Being alone sucks.
Sorry to hear about your recent challenges. I pray that someone comes along who is willing to help or perhaps a small village to assist you without you needing to pay for the help.
I pray that God would reveal helpers to you. I thank Him in advance for protecting you, stretching your budget, and keeping you in His peace when things look bad. Lord I pray you make your presence known to this dear precious soul. ❤
