Thank you Wayne, the moonraker with the pool is such a good space. The pool is 8x24 & I believe he upgraded the countertops, tile for the pool & a few other finishing items as far as I know!

I have always considered Bilize mainly because they speak English. The reason I decided to not persue it is the fact that Belize and Costa Rica are loaded with Californians. Not for me. I have acrually met people in the Dominican Republic who first live in eirher Belize or Costa Rica but left for one reason. Too many woke leftist Californians. A shame really because both countries are beautiful. Will seems like a good guy. Very professional.
