Mine is top mounted like yours (Antec Vortex 360) it is 2 weeks old, pump is fixed to run at a static 100%, every morning when starting the pc for 2 minutes or more I have trapped air bubble noise from the pump, after that it works super silent and temps are always very low, got any hints for this? or potential issue with my unit?
