I was sure I could do it on my own. For goodness sake I am a firefighter. (Retired) I went into burning buildings, why could I not do this alone?
@@lynnlafler2768 I'm an ex-police officer (20+ years). Like you, I saw things, and do things which can kill most people not just physically but mentally too. I try to explain my feeling to my family, and friends, but no one understands what demons are tearing me apart. I wasn't alone, but I was lonely.
Now I live my life, trying my best, looking at the light end of the tunnel.

I do understand about being in law enforcement. When I started in '73 with the local fire dept. I met many great guys in the sheriff's dept. Like all good Americans I have a Scanner to keep track of the new kids. But I truly listen when they go on a call. It hurts me to hear some of the calls they have to answer. Sometimes it's 2 or 3 nights in a row for the same person.
Now the teenagers have picked up the habit of threatening suicide. Gets them their own deputy to talk with and maybe a nice 30 mile ride to rehab for an overnight visit.
They took the thoughts In my head and made it into a song. Epic. Much feels.

I wish I could afford to see you I just missed you in Iraq when you filmed bad company your music moves me and helped me deal with all the deaths I had to deal with while deployed to Iraq in 2010! Many are homeless, lonely, so lonely because no one can understand. I am so sorry for you.
But, your Government LIED to you, you didn't serve your country. Iraq, Sadam Hussain was NOT a threat, didn't have mass destructive weapons and your Government (deep state) knew that. Pure propaganda to get the ppl behind their evil decision to attack Iraq for the regime change they wanted!! Hussain couldn't be bribe, couldn't be blackmailed, couldn't be killed (best guarded) by the Jackals, so the only way was go to war after brainwashing the ppl and army.
You got PTSD because your Government lied to you as they did with ALL wars.

@Ivan Moody a long time my husband also who served in 9/11 loves you guys. And our daughter Aria loves this she just turned 5 she loves playing drums to songs . I made a kitchen make shift drum set with kabob sticks for her drum set. We are saving to get her a real drum set her favorite place is music land she melts in love with guitars and drums so we are trying to get the money to make her litter dream come true.
