This is as far as I know the only Binbir Gece with English subtitles, but whoever has posted it on UA-cam/Vimeo has edited it to the point that the story becomes incomprehensible. Major characters are shot, poisoned, hospitalised, kidnapped and rescued all within a matter of minutes without there ever being an explanation as to why or who.
