Congrats on the little one dude! Wish I had a garage at mine im so jealous, I have to travel 20 miles to get to my unit :( damn this quarantine! Always seems to be cyl 3 and 4 where bearings most commonly go. Nice info there also bud! Im sure a decent machine shop will sort the block out :D my old one was worse and they seemed to get that sorted for me :)
Congratulations on the New Project (Baby Girl) LoL. She will bring you so much happiness! You will get less time with ur cars but man the sacrifice is worth it! Congratulations again my man it takes men to raise Daughters . Shame that engine is so shaged forged if you can thou bro that way its future proof if you ever wanted more power you know she can take it TDO4 on a bar will be so much fun and you will have loads of TDO4 bits about because of your other setup
Don't forget there are 3 different sized STD bearings for these. Plastigage and do it correctly. If you need a MLS head gasket I have 1.2 and 1.4mm in stock.
Hey I have a question, where can I find the engine number on the 4efte engine? I’m buying a car which has the engine in it(swap) and I want to see if the dude has the car registered on the swapped engine. Please
Nice work bro, love from Bangladesh, need a help, recently i face over heating problem with my 4 efte ep 82, after solving that problem, engine is producing some tappet sound, i switched engine head with another good one but sound remain same,... Can you help me out here?!
@@nazibulhasan6463 when building the head did you feeler gauge all the intake and exhaust bucket cam gaps things. can't remember the proper name for it.
For now I've got standard pistons and rods coming but I'm going to keep the block and head i got and build a forged engine up at a later date. I can't afford it at the moment. The kp is priority. Plus this is the first engine I've ever built. So don't wanna ruin decent rods and pistons. Like I said if this one goes well then I will.
Good work, I am motivated to build up my car engines with your idea. Hope your video reach many.
Hoping you continue with uploading the starlet build , good video

Did you lock the sprung cam gear before timing the engine.
@@TyredDadsRC yes it was lock while tighten up the cam gear
