Australian spinners perfomed really well in middle overs and that is where Pakistan suffered the most. They kept bowling according to field and didn't give us anything.

Pakistan team played extremely well and professionally especially being a young squad. So to all the "critics " that want to single out an individual player on a team sport is not right. This was an experience learned for how to keep composed in high pressure situations and the Australians played that part of the game well at the end. I would like to see PCB to invest in sports psychology to help players manage stress situations effectively and get out of tough situations. This is something western sports organizations invest in to make and help high performance players. I see this new pakistani squad starting their incredible journey..don't forget that. They will get better and win!! To all pakistani fans remember this.... fortunate favors the bold!! Stay bold and back this team in good and bad.

I am disappointed to see Pakistan going out in semifinal against Australia. Has to say Pakistan put up a great display of batting in first innings although they could have accelerated more in middle overs given that so many wickets were in hand.Even in 19th over of Cummins Pak could only muster 3 runs.I think they could have scored 15/25 more runs with little more ruthless approach.Ruthless YES this is the word that separates Australia from rest of international cricket teams and especially teams from subcontinent.Pakistan missed 3 direct hits in fielding when batsmen had given up already even if they had hit the bullseye in 1 out of 3 and yes if Hassan Ali had taken that catch, Pakistan would have been in final.After taking first 4/5 wickets Pakistan did not exhibit ruthless cricket.Having said that Pakistan should be proud of their performance they have a great team must drop Shoaib and Hafeez now the later has already announced his retirement after World Cup.Please spare Hassan Ali as it happens.Overall as a Punjabi I must say I am very sad to see Pakistan losing to Australia. But well played better luck 11 months later when I believe Babar Azam would mature as captain and Pakistan will win the World Cup.

Pakistan team played extremely well and professionally especially being a young squad. So to all the "critics " that want to single out an individual player on a team sport is not right. This was an experience learned for how to keep composed in high pressure situations and the Australians played that part of the game well at the end. I would like to see PCB to invest in sports psychology to help players manage stress situations effectively and get out of tough situations. This is something western sports organizations invest in to make and help high performance players. I see this new pakistani squad starting their incredible journey..don't forget that. I am disappointed to see Pakistan going out in semifinal against Australia. Has to say Pakistan put up a great display of batting in first innings although they could have accelerated more in middle overs given that so many wickets were in hand.Even in 19th over of Cummins Pak could only muster 3 runs.I think they could have scored 15/25 more runs with little more ruthless approach.Ruthless YES this is the word that separates Australia from rest of international cricket teams and especially teams from subcontinent.Pakistan missed 3 direct hits in fielding when batsmen had given up already even if they had hit the bullseye in 1 out of 3 and yes if Hassan Ali had taken that catch, Pakistan would have been in final.After taking first 4/5 wickets Pakistan did not exhibit ruthless cricket.Having said that Pakistan should be proud of their performance they have a great team must drop Shoaib and Hafeez now the later has already announced his retirement after World Cup.Please spare Hassan Ali as it happens.Overall as a Punjabi I must say I am very sad to see Pakistan losing to Australia.
