So this guy sang this song... Wowwwww..... We jam to this song in my church in Warri. As a matter of fact we scored this song as a special number and I was the one that played the keyboard but I never took time to find out who the singer was... So this young man na Ghanaian wow..
A lot of songs are sung by Ghanaian, but Nigerian rules don't support Ghanaian songs in their market
@@eugenesagacious6308 no rules says Ghanaian songs should not be played in Nigeria. For example this Sonnie Badu song is so popular here and he's well known here too who stopped him from being prominent in Nigeria?
I don’t have anything against Ghanaians But You guys should be able to accept that only you understand what you sing
It’s okay to compose English songs with Yoruba words, but Ghanaians are being told to repackage their songs and do away with local languages in order to reach a global audience.
Try telling that to South Africans or Senegalese.
What the heck !
"Do more songs in English?" Is different from stop singing in Ghanaian language. Gospel songs are different from secular songs. While the primary purpose of a secular song is to make you feel good, Gospel songs should Minister to you. That's why many give testimonies about their miracles when they listen to a particular Gospel song because they understand the lyrics. The singer could be from anywhere in the world, but as long as you understand the lyrics, it will Minister to you. You are either biased or economical with the truth if you listened to Pastor Nat, & still wrote something like this. He never asked anybody to stop singing in their native language. There are lots of Gospel artists in Nigeria who also sing in the native languages. However, Gospel songs that have impacted most outside of Nigeria were either in English or English mixed with some lyrics from Nigerian languages. May God help us all.
