:- ingredients.
Tomato kurma.
Pan on stove.
Add the 1 Tbls of coriander seeds.
7" ps' cashew nuts.
1" inch cinnamon.
3" cloves.
3" cardmom.
1" Tbls ' of cumin seeds.
2" Tbls ' of white sesame.
Roast well.
Stove off.
Keep it a side.
PAN on stove.
Add the 2 Tbls of oil.
1/2" Tbls ' of black mustard.
1/2" Tbls ' of cumin seeds.
2" chopped onions.
Curry leaves.
1" Tbls ' of ginger garlic paste.
Roast well.
Add the 4" chopped tomatoes.
Add the turmeric powder to taste.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the fried seeds in a mixture jar.
2" green chillies.
Soaking lemon size of tamarind and water.
Grind into a fine paste.
Add the 1 Tbls of red chilli powder.
Mix well.
Add the blended paste.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the 1 glass of water.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Cook for 4-6" minutes.
Coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Tomato kurma is a ready.
