    I have one, How do I know it's working well? My father used it like 4 years ago. Now we need to use it again. All this time it has been stored

    When unboxing did anyone had the back cover thing off of it because I thought it was supposed to be all together but the lid that cover the tanks was off

    I didn't receive the attachment for the direct-to-nozel, it is okay to run it through the humidifier tub even though there is no water inside? Until I receive the part? Thanks, though, this was very easy to set up for my grandfather.

    I have one of these (actually the Elite model) and the hour meter is displaying E282. I can't find a reference to that anywhere. What does it mean?

      @@CAIREInc I did. I got one email giving me a phone number of a national service company so they could inspect it - nope, not looking to pay someone, I could do that locally. Got a different email from someone else saying he checked the manufacturers website and found nothing - I replied aren't 'you' the manufacturer? He suggested the hour meter was defective. Not a lot of help there. I phoned in and told I would get a call back, never did.
      Does the concentrator communicate with the LCD display on the hourmeter or is the hourmeter a standalone unit? Email reply told me to search online for a replacement - great help there.

    I have this device for my baby. He is O2 dependent with average 2 L that means the device working for 24 hours.. What the maximum total working hours?? . I checked the manual but I didn't find answers!!

    Q1. Does this machine trigger an alarm or shut down due to any problem, if it does how to immediately reset to continue using? Q2. Does the machine need servicing or replacing the filter? I need to use it 24 hours a day. Q3. If how long can I use continuously without stopping it? I hope it does not auto shut down/alarm to tell me to send for servicing. Thanks

      Thank you Anuja for the post. There a selection switch accessible by a pinhole in the upper right corner of the hour meter. To toggle between display modes - press in the switch once using a small paperclip. 1. ‘TMR1’ mode displays accumulated hours. If ‘TMR1’ is not displayed, then total operating hours of unit is displayed automatically after pressing the pinhole once.       Caleb, thanks for the post. Yes an oxygen concentrator pulls the air from the room, filters it and then delivers it to the user via nasal cannula.     When my husbands machine stopped working there was no alarm that sounded and the machine had been super hot like burning my leg when I sat near it. Is this normal?

    How many hours can I keep the machine on?

The amount of time that a person "needs to keep it on" is based on a physician's recommendation for the patient. They should use the unit as instructed by their doctor.
