    Today, I made onion bread with lots of crunchy and delicious onions.
    It's delicious just by adding onion, but I added corn and bacon to make it even more delicious. 😁 I also added a lot of cheese, which I like. 😋
    Usually onion bread is made in a long oval shape, but this time I made it round.
    It's like onion bread because it's round, but it has a pizza-like feel to it.
    I made the topping by mixing mayonnaise and honey mustard. It was less greasy and much tastier than when only mayonnaise was added. I wanted to put a lot of onion toppings on it, so I made it generously, but you can adjust it to suit your taste.
    The bread dough contains quite a bit of milk, so it is a bit sticky. It is good to do it by folding and kneading it, but it can be difficult when kneading by hand.
    If you want to knead by hand, it would be better to reduce the amount of milk.
    * Today's onion bread recipe is for 4 onion breads with a diameter of about 20cm. I think there are people who want 4 to be a little too much, so I'll leave the recipe for 2 onion breads below. *

    300g bread flour
    35 g sugar
    6 g salt
    5 g instant dry yeast
    1 egg ( 54g )
    165 g of milk
    30g unsalted butter
    280g onion
    130g canned corn
    100g mayonnaise
    35g honey mustard
    a little pepper
    bacon
    About 280g of mozzarella cheese (70g each)
    half an egg
    15 g milk
    a little parsley
    ▶ Ingredients for 2 onion bread ◀
    150g bread flour
    17.5g sugar
    3g salt
    2.5g instant dry yeast
    Half an egg (about 27g)
    82.5g milk
    15g unsalted butter
    140g onion
    65g canned corn
    50g mayonnaise
    Honey mustard 17.5g
    a little pepper
    bacon
    About 140g of mozzarella cheese (70g each)
    half an egg
    15 g milk
    a little parsley
