- Shooting the Glock 23 Gen 3 and sending some Herter's ammo down range. The large high-visibility AmeriGlo front sight makes long range shooting a little tougher (excuse?). Over all, this is a fun round to expend. Err.

Because you live in Calif? I do but I still like the G23 Gen 3 better anyway In Nevada I shot g4 g5 and back to g3 just a better shooter. Granted the G4 maybe had less recoil I'm not sure I had a hard time feeling the differences. Idk about you guys comment let me know ok anyway great video and review.
Gold dot ammo is also very efficient in the 23 Glock. A W

Hows the gen 3 holding up? Just got a LEO trade in gen 4 G22 from Aim Surplus for $299 with very minor blemishes. Although I was very accurate with it at 10 yards, Im new to the 40, its definitely a hot round even out of a G22 or G23 size handgun.

How are the grips on a Gen 3? Do you hands slip with the lack of texture on the sides when wet or slippery? That’s my only concern with a Gen 3.
Gen 3 is my go to Glock. The grips work in wet and dry conditions.
SGT Johnny USMC , USCG myself. So just curious, because I have a Gen 3 on backorder, why is the Gen 3 your go to? Why do you prefer it? Why is it better than the Gen 4?
No grip issues at all? No slipping?
Do you use a stick grip? Do you use talon or a rubber grip?
