I believe, rather than an asset to be used for the actual game, Bishop was a placeholeder model used for the showcase, just as are the boxes, soldier's hands, guns etc.
See I was thinking the same thing I am going to mention that in my next video because I thought about this already after editing and uploading the video so great point there
I hope the mouse input won't have any delay this time. play 2042 and switch back to 4, same sensitivity same everything but 4 feels direct and clean, while 2042 feels muddy.
I'm excited to see what they release, but my expectations remain very low. Hopefully they'll take their time with it, and will genuinely try to adapt to the community's needs over the opinions of investors who haven't played a game in their lives.
You know brother I don’t blame you at all. It’ll take a lot to earn the community’s trust again. But I will be covering the franchises new title when it comes out next year. So if you consider trying it during the summer or holiday sales you have my gameplay and review about the New Battlefield but I don’t blame you if you don’t get the game.
It really does though, maybe this is an alpha version of the game so far perhaps but we will know when we get our hands on it how it feels. I hope they go back to BFVs movement system.
This demonstration was an industry investor preview at an AI generated "game experience" that was obviously slapped together and faked. It had nothing to do with Battlefield, and the character model was not from any previous Battlefield games, it was a lazy Fortnite looking dude. This video is very disingenuous.
@FryCook87 The demo they posted online shows the character models they used when they picked them. EA posted this entire portion of their conference online, just look up something around "EA AI demo" and it should pop up on Google or UA-cam.
@@FryCook87 They showed the models prior to "gameplay" section and you are both wrong. The clothes are similar, but not identical. Also the face is different. He definitely isn't anywhere near Fortnite either. Just some basic human model
The shadow was far too detailed to be a randomized character I feel. And DICE is GREAT with showing off little teasers and Easter Eggs within their showcasings if their new titles as well so who knows.
There’s now a lot of speculation about this character I feel after revealing this detail. But it leaves open thoughts now to what we can possibly expect for the next game.
I just hope its two authentic armies fighting each other and not random celebrity skins or operators that don't make sense for the setting at all

2:08 We might be seeing the Legionnaire Mercenaries from Bad Company returning to Battlefield.
That’s a good thought honestly I didn’t consider that thought until now!!

That’s very true and I feel that was an issue with 2042
10 years ago I would have cared
2:01 lmao metal gear solid anyone?
Tbh after 2042 idk if I’ll ever buy another Battlefield game. And I’ve been a fan since Bad Company 1

Call Of Duty HQ called, they're wondering if Battlefield is going to be ok!
Haha 😂 Battlefield called, they’re wondering if they’ll fix their ricochet anti cheat! 😂😭💀
1, V, 2025, 6.............. ok, i get it, but c'moooooooooon
why should i care about product that will more than likely be inferior to product i already have
Why does it look like such a cartoony run animation?
idk ask the animators who made them. I think BF4's animations where the best in the whole franchise.

I agree with you 200% the movement and the sprinting in general with the soldiers felt too notch. Maybe we’ll go back to that who knows.

how do you know it was a fortnite looking character? the shadow outline matches the BF1 character pretty well tbh.
