Yep! She's a standard 5 star character. If leaks are to be believed you will basically get to choose which one of the standard 5 stars you want to pull for on the beginner banner. So Encore is one of the possibilities.

@kittysennpaii97 Haha, well most people can't take full credit even for models they commissioned, because they do need someone else to put it together after all, but you choosing to use that one still shows good taste!
