In this video I am sharing a set up of my pocket sized traveler's notebook. This beautiful notebook is from Chic Sparrow and is the Austen leather in the colour Emma.

Love your new Emma notebook. Watching you set it up was so relaxing & fruitful. I have the same elastic kit & was concerned how to change up the elastics in my journals. It was great to see you do this in the video & now I know how to do it. Perfect! Your little sketch book, in use already, is so incredible. Ali, you are quite the artist. Using your new Coffee Book paper goes so well with your Emma. Colors blend up so well. Those coffee girl stickers are the perfect touch in decorating your book. I have several Chic Sparrow pocket notebooks & you have given me renew interest to take them out & put them to good use. Look forward to Pt. 2 of this setup. Always a delight, Ali. I just recently got the “Emma” where you can make it look “antiqued” and it’s soo beautiful! I sold the regular one…it wasn’t doin’ it for me, haha. But this antique one, I love!
Oh wow Ashley Iucky you! The new antiqued ones look gorgeous! I wish I knew how they distressed the edges as perhaps I could do it to mine myself? I’m sure it’s a trade secret 🤣🤣🤣

Great little sketchbook set up Ali. Definitely prefer the brown elastic…not sure the white is particularly practical or as aesthetically pleasing but each to their own. Ploi is the artist behind Pisco Letters and she is a self taught digital artist. She often creates lovely inclusive girl stickers and offers printables as well. She has just released a gorgeous (free) printable of a girl sticker who is in a wheelchair. She has drawn her so beautifully 😍 and she has shared her process video on IG too…enjoy the rest of your weekend! 💕Louise

My dashboards are sooooo old and from foxyfix who are no longer in business. But Chic Sparrow do fab ones! Website is: chicsparrow.com But it occurs to me that I don’t actually know what country you live in Cassia. So perhaps that’s not helpful? My best wishes to you, Ali xxxx
@@dabblinginjournals I am thrilled and can’t wait for it to arrive! I bought an old foxy fix micro to use as a wallet that came with a couple of inserts and dashboards-delighted isn’t the word-it’s a baby blue colour so beautiful!
As for chic sparrow, I’m in the USA so I will need to look into whether I can get a couple. I’m from Scotland however and my family is still there so maybe I could ship there and have them bring them when they visit in September. Been collecting some bits for you as a happy mail☺️❤️ xxx

Makes you feel any better, I absolutely LOVE yours! I personally like the smooth & clean look, but hopefully yours starts developing more character & marks with use. Thanks for sharing your pocket sized planners!! Love them & would love updates on it!

CS lack Customer Service.... there are so many others with same leathers.... and not the attitude!
Oh dear! Sounds like you’ve had a bad experience. That’s such a shame 😔 I’ve not had any problems with customer service. On the contrary I sent an email query about something and the reply was a video of one of their staff, addressing me by name and replying to my query. I was amazed lol🤣🤣🤣 But I do wonder how hard it would be to separate their inventory into notebooks that are pristine and notebooks with character so that we can order whichever we prefer? I wish they would lol 🤣🤣🤣
I’m sorry you have had a bad experience. I’ve been very pleased with all of my ChicSparrow dealings.
