In this video, I'm playing GTA 5 as a police officer and doing my best to uphold the law. I'm using the LSPDFR mod to make my experience as realistic as possible, and I'm cruising around in my dodge charger and ford explorer.

Hey Steve, when I try using my police vehicle mods, my game crashes on startup and something about memory loss. Even though you probably won't see this could you maybe help me with it by sending a video that 100% works? I have a gameconfig and all the other stuff but as soon as the load up sounds start playing with the police sirens my game crashes. It would really be useful as I want to use your mods but can't.
have you tried renaming certain folders like ELS, mods, etc to put an underscore in front of them? try it one by one and if it doesnt crash when one is renamed you know it's something to do with that folder. sometimes it can also be something wrong with your vehicles.meta file or anything in update.rpf
@@alfie-gr7en yeah I did it with the mods folder and then the game does not crash
@@dailydoseofcomments have you checked update.rpf? you can try to delete that folder from your mods folder, not the actual game, but make a backup first. a lot of the time its things in vehicles.meta but it could also be something you havent added or have added wrong to dlclist.xml. if none of this works you can try deleting other folders like "dlcpacks" from your mods folder to narrow down what the problem is even further. always make a backup of it first though, so you can keep your mods if it isn't the problem
