I literally love every game on this list. There are usually at least a couple games that someone lists that I don't like or don't even want to try. I can't wait for the rest of this list to show up.

Grey Knight why? Helpful for what? Not trolling, seriously asking. I don't know how that helps understand a games place in a top 100 list.
I've only played about 20 games in my life but I watch tons of these reviews and other videos. So I don't always instantly recognize the names of the games but component pictures help me remember.
I second this, top 100's are a fast way to see lists of great games I may have never heard of or considered before. I bought Kingsburg based off a previous top 100 after seeing pic of the board. The summary alone wouldn't have sold me on it. Please add the pics! Otherwise great job 😁
It's a double edged sword i suppose, if the game looks great a component picture helps the game, if it doesn't, it doesn't. I'm voting in favor of the idea anyways as i was thinking the same thing as i was watching :)
I will have to agree. I like seeing what the components look like for these games. It's what helped me get into certain games from past top 100's. Please bring them back!

I really like this format, to be honest I don't watch Sam's top 100 because I think our tastes are way too different but I'ts nice to have him here and see what he picked compared to Tom's and Zee's picks
Marcus Totally agree, when it comes to their top ten lists the three of them together are much better than the sum of the parts. I watch basically all of their three-man lists but don't watch most of their single person lists. Their interactions with each other are a big part of what makes it entertaining. :)
Agree! My tastes mostly align with Zee's, like them short and easy to teach! I will watch some of Tom's but I don't watch Sam's at all he likes these long complex games. And not bashing those I would actually love to try and play some of these but the people I play with would hate me and I wouldn't be able to convince them to play. Love the set up because I still get to see what he likes!

Zee, you gotta force those guys to play Caveman Quest For Fire. You also gotta do it on a live play. This game has popped up in multiple videos and Tom and Sam always react the same way. I have this game myself and love it, and i'm sure other would too if they could see it played.

Is Dust 1947 any different than dust put out by Final fantasy? I bought a bunch of minis when They went on sale after fantasy flight lost the license. But it was already a bit confusing as to which game the minis belonged to. Dust tactics or dust. And now there,s dust 1947. If I got into dust 1947 can I use existing minis, or do I have to start over and collecting from beginning.
Sam if you like miniature games you should really check out the Batman Miniature Game by Knight Models. Fantastic game, amazing fluff, usual crew size is between 6 and 11 models.

Enjoy the vids. Would be good if you could include a list of all games covered in description. Looking to buy some of the games covered here can be really confusing. For example Robinson Crusoe has a lot of buying options and all with different cover art. Name. Creator-Artist. Publisher This would be a great quick reference tool.
I actually own Cavemen: The Quest for Fire. It is a fun game. I think Sam have played. I remember seeing it on his twitter a while ago.

Captain Sonar is my 48th favorite game. It is a hard game to rank as I love it, but not something I would play regularly. A convention style game. So its in about in the middle of my top 100.
I am apparently a mutant (or my gaming group is) as we all like it better in the turn based mode. We just don't like many real time games. very fun game, but one I won't ever own because I get 8 to the table so rarely and don't even have a table that will fit that many, heh.

Last year I predicted that Dungeon Twister would fall in your 80s and I was right. Next year it's off the list. :)
Happy because battle line is good and lost cities is more an exercise than a game, so basically double happy.

I got that one yesterday too. I much preferred it to the Suave one I've been getting most of the time these past 3-4 weeks. And because I know that the channel doesn't get paid if we skip the ad, I always end up watching them...
It was kind of nice. Mostly other ads have simply taught me that 40% of Americans try to eat a healthy diet but struggle, and that depression is a web of multiple emotions... I liked the TMG trailer a lot more!

Shawn Mitkowski my guess is Vernon. The voice wasn't Sam, and didn't seen to be Rob either, so he's the painter that's left. Also, the terrible sound quality leads me to believe it's not someone with a lot of UA-cam experience.

I get the impression that Sam doesn't like as many games as Tom and Zee. It seems as though these 20 games are some of Tom and Zee's favorites, but Sam only seems lukewarm on his list so far.
Ricky Eads how else would we know what games are worth playing because the board "looks nice"
I think he just gives this impression because he is trying to offset Tom and Zee saying "he's changed" because he has included abstracts etc.

The first edition of Dust was so much better than the 3rd (aka Dust 1947) that it's not even funny to compare them. They made the game significantly worse at the second version and the 3rd is a co tinuation of the second.
Also does not help the line that they made 4 different rulesets (1, 1 revised, 2 and 3) within only 5 years...
I feel like Sam phoned this one in. It is surely a coincidence because this is a 100 list but most of this segment were game styles Sam doesn't even like, very cult of the new, and games that in his description he points out what's wrong with them and admits he has barely played them. How can a game someone has played once and been out for less than a year be one of the best games EVER?

Century Spice Road has not killed Splendor!

Splendor is alive and well and has b-slapped Century.
Both are boring snooze fests. Century: Golem Edition has killed Spice Road and Splendor while they were both sleeping in a spice fuelled snooze off after comparing their diamonds to one another. :D

Mark Fak i think we actually agree on the word, just disagree on how to type it. I agree with your response and have had the same conversation. Maybe ex-EC-u-tor. Or maybe it's pronounced differently in different countries, I'm in the US.
Oh I probably got it wrong haha. I was just trying to say when people say the word “executor”in reference to executing someone they’re saying a word that doesn’t exist. It’s pronounced as if one would be in charge of a will.
Mark Fak I think the mistake is very understandable. You don't execution people, you execute people. One who executes would therefore be an executor. An executioner would be one who executions. This was a very poorly designed word, it seems. I understand the confusion. But of course you're right that one who executes is an executioner, for whatever reason. Apparently someone said, take THAT logical latin derivation!
