Why not double 9 vs a 2?
Because two is the “least likely to bust” bust card. For every other bust card, a 9 coming up would be a good thing, but not when there is a 2. Basic strategy cards say double 9 vs 3 to 6, hit on 2
2 is bad card, you need to do when you have 10 or 11
