CHEESE CRUSTED Grilled Cheese

Fast and easy Crunchy cheese crust grilled cheese sandwich. I used real cheddar and Gouda for this recipe. Shredded cheese makes it easy for the outside crust.
This is the easiest way to get a crunchy crust on the outside. It's also called an inside out grilled cheese sandwich.

Either turn that temp down or be more attentive, and definitely pre-butter the slice so the sear is perfectly even.
