They have to tell these people so they can ask permission if its okay for them to be in the video. Im half Chinese but I didn't grow up in China but as far as I know they're very strict when it comes to things like this. That's the main reason you'll sometimes see blurred out faces in some of their videos.

They've been helping me as well. I went to Chinese School when I was a kid because, although I'm Italian-American, all of my friends were from either China or Taiwan and they all attended Chinese School every Sunday. I wanted to join them. I applaud you for even attempting to learn this language. If I'm being honest, I went for the social scene. lol But, I've been inspired to actually learn Chinese this time. I mean, I know the alphabet, can have a basic conversation, and am able to sing the theme song for a Chinese soap pretty darn well. Me and my mom usually give out food and water to people working outside. Even though we dont have much, we still give because we know how hard they work including the freezing or hot temperatures they have to go threw just to keep the city in its prime state that it's in.
This is an pure act of human. I wish we have more people like this. Giving without wanting something back. If someone would do it on my country, people will call the police. They would be afraid that the food is poisoned. What a terrible sociaty. Therefore I'm crying to see these kindness.
