True, think about the number of shooters released recently that now have shrinking, and even dwindling player counts. BF4 has shown incredible staying power.
It's still pretty popular only thing is i cant find a full server on any DLC maps
Constant updates and skins keep csgo alive, also its far more better as competitive shooter as any other game. Not to mention you can run it on almost any laptop or pc.

Those were amazing years, skyrim, bioshock, gta v, metro, tomb raider and many others, period when singleplayer games were more popular than multiplayer

Wait what? Pearl Market is a meatgrinder..but Lockers and Metro...aren't? PM is the best infantry map in the game precisely because it doesn't funnel everyone into choke points.

I was confused by Jacks comment that he thought Pearl Market was a meat grinder. Locker and Metro are meatgrinders. They are specifically designed to be that way. Pearl Market is the polar opposite of Locker and Metro.
Pearls market is a closed combat map, but is not like metro o metro, because theres a bunch of way to get to the flags

I think the best one is the one you could still jump into today and start playing like it just came out, ie Battlefield 4.

Jack, I'm back on BF4 too because of your recent videos. It's still an unbelievable game even after 4 years! After starting a fresh character, I'll certainly be playing this game through the fall until the holiday games release. Keep making BF4 videos please!

I love the higher skill gap in bf4, compared to the low skill gunplay of bf1. Still a great game, but bf4 is just so satisfying.
BF4 had a rocky start, true. But the rest of your comment is completly untrue. Bf1 lowered the skill gap significantly and added an random spread model which makes weapon handling/shooting easier. Bf4 is not perfect but bf1 gunplay and mechanics are just flat/boring.
you dont really know what u are talking about, because bf4 and bf1 have random spread. bf1 guns have a lower base spread and on par sips against their bf4's counterparts.

That’s not how you zou zou jump lol, and suppression is visual only in bf4, no effects on gun mechanics in bf4 unlike bf1

These DLC maps are so fun. I used to play a lot in european server cause there is no players in south american server

Great game but I wish they’d update the settings so I could adjust my Dead Stick Zone to 0% on PS4 like I can on BF1. It makes aim so much better. That’s literally my only complaint. Wish I could play it, but the aim just feels wonky af with whatever the default Dead Stick Zone is stuck on. I even called Dice Sweden about this. Of course, nothing came of it. I’m hoping for a remastered version of BF4 with that option included.

Not all supression Jack. The FAMAS with a compensator, that increases spread per shot, is just horribly inaccurate.

BF4 is still one of my favourite fps games to go back to, nothing really compares at the moment. Insane to think it came out in 2013.
FAMAS is nice and all but G36 is brilliant. Mk 11 Mod 0 best =) more BF4 please Jack...Maybe some challenges, like Phantom bow and Combat Magnum WITH the 3x scope and knife only? You can play as medic class =]

i am still playing hardcore rush on pc every single nigth for bf4! havent found 1 single game that is as interesting and varied and just FUN as bf4 rush hardcore mode. bf1 doesnt even come close, COD is kids garbage twitch style. bf4 rules supreme. and dice knows this, numbers and hips done lie. next game is 20% ww2 and 80% vietnam from what i am guessing. i am hoping vietnam.
Why do people keep saying BFBC2 was the best? Is that just nostalgia talking? Is it because they played it as a kid and they have happy kid memories of it so they think it's the best? Have they even played it now? The gunplay and animation quality is nowhere near as good as BF4. It's like Doom on the original Atari. Smh people so desperate for that nostalgia hit they'll never get back.

Surpression still look better than BF3. I remember when get surpressed and running around under the crane in Noshahr Canal, there is some water puddle on the ground and it reflecting the sun so it blind almost whole screen. So that is just worse, surpress blurr and blinding sun affecting the whole screen, i cant see anything haha xD
Great video, dislike that map, although it does focus more on "Boots on Ground" I dislike it a lot, Zavod with transport vehicles only was great and pretty much all the BF 4 Vanilla maps were.
It was a fun game but the game is now DEAD , hardly anyone plays anymore so it takes long to get into a match. When you do finally find a game it's ALWAYS that shitty skyscraper map none stop

Now see, that's the mark of a great player. If I went back to BF4, I would get totally destroyed... Last time I tried it felt like wading through mud.
