My dad lived a street life and his killer lives life in a prison, I'm always bias about situations like this, I believe if we brought civil justice (including just pay for court and families involved) it could change America, sad as it be but demonstrated practices of hard evidence being involved, add no religious belief but just action, it could change the up bringing and bring a peace or damage either way 🤷♂️ think it'd be a learning curve/point to others
