I think there is a lot of factors at play here. Like the dude Cassanova said...it's like the Hunter and the hunted...the hunted feels he's hated, and the only reason why the Hunter is there is to hunt. The law enforcement should be more aware of the environment they're policing; and the people in these communities should also embrace the police. We can't have different results by doing the same thing. Having a conversation with the cops don't automatically make you a snitch...Have a good day officer.
