The horrortale part 1 event also grants you Horrortale Papyrus's Spaghetti as a healing item, it will heal random HP when used from 5 up to 45 HP.
However, the side-effect is, if the healing is above 15-20, you will get a side effect of slowly losing HP due to nausea.
Baaically its an item that heals you either a tiny bit with no consequences or that massively heals you but acts like KR.
It can be a really good item i think
Just so y'all know, there's a slim chance of you healing less hp but don't get damaged over time. Overall i think the dmg overtime is better since it heals.

Update: I got the stuff I needed and got the skin for papyrus along with the healing item, it took a long time though

To be honest that skins has pluses And minuses like pap Is bigger then normal but He Is hard to see And He has really big map for running.and i already did the event You should do it because You Wont get these changes to get event skin
