I wish them all a long and happy life filled with good adventures and plenty of food! They have brought so much joy to so many.
I just love this bear family. She has been an outstanding mama raising four cubs and having them survive and be so healthy. I will miss seeing them together and just hope the cubs fare well on their own. I wonder if the cubs will stick together for a while? Thank you for sharing this wonderful family with us! 💜

Grizzly Bear 499 is the 'Queen' of bears. Her parenting skills, love, and dedication to her four cubs show her true loyalty. She had taught them all well to survive for their future. And to have kept the four of them all safe and healthy is amazing. She is no doubt the 'Queen' of grizzly bears. I wish and pray for all their safety in their new journey.

Now I feel so deeply saddened tonight after reading about the euthanizing of one of the male cubs. Why couldn't they relocate it? I also read a woman around Jackson Hole had fed them while they were all together. Why would she have done that?
Bear 399 did her utmost to make sure they all survived the 2 1/2 years with her. What an outstanding fete! It wasn't other bears she had to worry about as much as human. Oh my gosh I am sad. 😭

A couple of them seem to have radio collars on. 1. How did they get them on. 2 aren’t they too young for collars? They still have growing to do. WOnt the collars choke them?
Best camp with a portable electric bear fence. 2.4 lbs for a good night’s sleep.
Think one of he cubs was put down near Cora last summer?

I believe the first one that moved out was a boy n then shortly after they all moved out lol Sometimes the cubs ( Yearlings now ) will stay together briefly at first then adventurley they will all go their separate ways I really don’t know all the genders I think 2 boys 2 girls i know occasionally Bear 399 sees her daughter 610 so I’m positive they will all see each other here n there

Why do you say its their last week together¿ Are they going to be separated¿ Why does one cub have a collar on¿ What happens to him when he gets bigger¿ Wont that collar choke him¿ Who put the collar on in the first place¿ I think it needs to come off before he gets to big.
