As an Aussie, if you love the country that much I don't mind you moving over here if that's what you want. You've found the love for this country and that's all that matter tbh
Australia has two cities in the top 10 most multicultural cities. Melbourne, with a little under 45% of its population being foreign born. And I mean as in you where born in another country, not your parents. And Sydney, with like 47% or something. Now considering we don't share a land mass with another country, says something.
Just because people look different doesn’t automatically make Australia multicultural. Look into the history of Australia and its immigration policies and you’ll see Australia from a different perspective.
Its not that great anymore. The cities are dead, most stores are closed/empty,, government closed the major entertainment and night life districts because of organized crime, drug dealing and violence. They even closed many pubs and nightclubs because of crime and violence(mostly from one ethnic group). Australia used to be cheap to live but prices for everything has skyrocketed from rents, housing, electricity, food, petrol is like $2.20/Litre (around $8,80 per gallon) Australia used to be immune from the world's problems, it was peaceful and safe, now we have regular terrorist attacks, and its normal for some people to call for genocide of other groups in the streets. Its not just Australia, most western countries are having the same problems. Australia today is nothing like it was in the 70's, 80's and 90's and our political leaders are 100% responsible.
