I've only had Bricks since yesterday and haven't actually slept since then :). I'm working through all your videos. Without your input I wouldn't have gotten this far. Thank you for your many good tips and tutorials and keep it Up!
im almost ashamed to admit that i didn't know 3-4 of these after using Bricks for a year, but hey this whole community is about sharing knowledge. Thanks to you as always Cracka!
That's a great example of the difference between ems and rems. The "em" scaled with text size just the way it should. If you inspect the code of that separator I'm guessing, you'd see the use of :before/:after pseudos programmatically added by Bricks (which is why you couldn't just attach it to the custom class, I'm guessing.) I wonder if the inputs in the separator panel take custom CSS properties, if so, I can imagine that you could get even more precise control over that element. Great tips.
Thank you mate! Been using Bricks a looong time and the "separator" shortcut/thingie has gone totally uder the radar for me. Excacltly as you mentioned - it takes quite a while to tinker with the pseudo elements to achieve this. Appreciated!
On the separator tip...If you are choosing to put it on the right side of the word so it also covers a certain width or %, how would you go about that to assure the line is responsive in all the various device sizes?
Great video Cracka... I'm just starting out with learning Bricks after sitting on my license since release day, and waiting for the platform to mature. Glad I've discovered your channel and look forward to checking out more of your content
Nicely done, didn't know about the shortcut search and adding elements! Also the divider part, didn't realize they improved that. Always did it with the :before pseudo element so this is so much easier! Another simple tip for the divider is to use a currentcolor var, that way it will inherit the color of the text automatically. Nice video as always!
Amazing tutorial. Thank! Any idea how to transition from elementor to Bricks? Is woocommerce a part that also would need to convert to bricks? I'd like to have 100% of woocommerce and what used to be old elementor. All in Bricks.
Hey Cracka, what an amazing video. 😍 Extremly useful tips. Though I already knew few of them it's a very good refresher. You always rock whatever you choose to present. Keep it up buddy. 👏 By the way, I'm glad that your audio quality is totally awesome these days. Cheers. 😊
Thanks a lot and thanks for the feedback on the audio quality, it’s been a major challenge trying to figure it out, I’m glad I may have found what works.
I dont recommend anyone having that many breaks point :) just use 3 breakpoint and use the fluid units for fonts so transitions is smooth size to size :)
Brilliant video but I could not see what it was about. So, just to make it easier for everyone to find what they want Tip 1 - Create and publish new page from builder Tip 2 - Switch pages from within the builder Tip 3 - Create new template from within the builder Tip 4 - Create additional breakpoints Tip 5 - Preview at a width in-between existing breakpoints Tip 6 - How do you see what the site looks like on large screen sizes? Tip 7 - Find attributes in the component details panel quickly Tip 8 - Keyboard shortcut to add elements Tip 9 - Different ways to add elements at the right position on the page Tip 10 - Adding separator lines to headings and sizing them proportional to the font size
i had no idea the separator was so good ! thank you !
Happy to help!

Very useful. Bricks is such a well-thought out piece of software
Yeah, says a lot about the developers and how much they care about the UX/UI.

I don't seem to have the ... for adding a new breakpoint. Is there a setting, work around or it located elsewhere now?
Go to Bricks settings, under the 'General' tab, scroll down and enable 'Custom breakpoints'
