I've tried to get some more details about using the tablet/computer. The pages/pad link from the warranty card is dead, gives a 404 error. After a lot of poking around with Google searches I at least found a support page on alldocube that had a couple of manuals for download. But they were NOT for the iWork 20 Pro. I've tried asking this question though the chat form but never received a reply and same thine with sending the request to the support email. So where do I find the full user manual for the device? Thanks.

How do you get the built in WiFi adapter to work? Just got the tablet, no real user guide and the link on the warranty card gives 404 error. I had to plug in an external USB WiFi adapter to get network access. If it wasn't for that I'd be reasonably impressed. Of course it is a Windoze box which means horrid update process, but I need it from some special software so...
@@alldocube Thanks. By using the external USB WiFi adapter I was able to get it to do a Windows update. After that that internal WiFi started working. So that much is good. I'll ask a new question..

Check whether the driver of wifi device in the system device manager is normal. If there is a problem with the driver, try to install the driver
