Carry USD & convert it at any bank branch.currency exchange in city. Finding MUR in India is little tough. You can withdraw using Niyo card also from ATM.

Feb would be a little rainy so not very sure & make it at leats 6 nights for Mauritius. I do my own plans so no idea about good agency.

It's better to prebook the cruises at least a day in advance.

No need to carry cash , it's not a prerequisite in Mauritius.
You can withdraw after coming out of the airport.
