Keep half expecting, with his character, going on a more obsessive sprial downwards, that if she stays much longer, he would resort to physical violence to try to control her. If he had half a brain he could see she is now nothing like the girl he thinks he fell in love with, just an empty shell working on automatic, her life soul and spirit has been slowly sucked out of her, and will he treat his daughter in the same way as she grows.
I'm honestly surprised he hasn't become physical yet. This is ugly. I would prefer her with the other guy before this disturbing awful man.

He's insecure and convinced if she has a life outside of the house she'll leave him which makes him want to tie her down even more.
She wants to be able to have a life outside of the house because she is a free spirit and feels suffocated by his insecurities. I dont think it helps that because she's frustrated with him and his controlling behavior she isn't even attempting to explain her true thoughts and feelings
Love these shows but sometimes i wanna pull my hair out over the fact that if the parties involved even attempted to properly communicate it would solve so much 😂

She’s tried talking to him, but he ends up turning everything she says around. She’s told him that she would like to work even just part time so she can do something she loves, but he takes it as she’s dissatisfied with her life and what he’s capable of giving her. If she buy flowers he asks her who gave them to her, if she goes for a walk he questions if she really went by herself. He put a tracking software on her phone so he knows where she is at every minute.
If she gets her nails done he wants to know what her motivation is. If she meets with friends, wants a part time job, if she talks on the phone or anything he’s suspicious of who what where when and how. No amount of communication is going to help because he’s so deeply insecure, and she’s given up on this relationship already.
@@jordie6688 Came here to say this too, She really tried in the beginning at least when she first got pregnant and He quit her job for her. This guy is certainly something else.
@jordie6688 Yes, this can't just be chalked up to communication issues like so many of the other ones. We see him morphing into something different than he was before because he's trying to tighten his hold on her and it's awful. He doesn't listen and doesn't want to hear anything she has to say because he's so insecure.
He knows he's wrong but it's 😊like he can't stop himself. Pride goeth before a fall.
