Great video, and great feature too. But do you can say if it is near the reality? I mean, SolidWorks is improving in so many resource and it is so cool, because it let the stuffs much easier, but in this case of flow rotate machines I can trust on it? Thank you and one more time, nice video.
I m trying to do simulation of external gear pump ,your video was helpful. But i couldn't able to selection rotating region .Can you please tell how to select rotating region (gears)
Good day, I am trying to do a similar flow simulation, but am not managing. Is it possible to show the process from beginning to end completely. Thanks
Hello I am a novice. How would I do a flow sim for an aquarium heater in a tank to check for cold spots. Then if there are cold spots, how would you assess the effect of water flow via an internal water pump to circulate the heated water
sir can i get trial version this software without any cost from anywhere............ please tell me sir because i want to learn this software ...... i am waiting for your answer.... and thank you sir for replied me earlier...... ..
May i know your volute and hose are hollow or fully solid? I couldn't select my impeller as a rotating regions. Wonder if you can provide a complete version of simulation for this.
Hi, I encounter a same problem like you. so, if you solve this problem that blades are not selected, how do you solve this prob? ,, I dont understand why I can't select my feature. thx,
+Mohammed Abuoss Yeah, this takes a bit of time to solve. Flow 2016 has a option in solver to expedite such transient solutions. You might want to try.
Nice video, but you didn't mention the real walls conditions, I think it is a very important part for the simulation.
Do you have a tutorial about drawing an impeller and volute of centrifugal pump?

can you please upload the video for how you get to make the suction pump using solid works thanks
can I get the cad model of this pump????

can you share geomatry please
thank you sir.
please...
can I find Gear pump flow simulation??
Hi,
I think you miss one talk importance step is disable Rotating region.
Tks,

Thank you, good point.
nice video thanks

great work sir nice video
can you tell me which software you are using here
and how i can get this software

Parabéns, muito interessante seu vídeo, gostaria de aprender mais. Pode me indicar algo a respeito disso?

thx,
halo sir , is it normal if the value for the volumetric flowrate at discharge is negative ?
negative is like saying the fluid is going out of the system.
@@KapilGaitonde why is the inlet pressure and outlet pressure is so high when we insert inlet to volumetric flowrate ?
great video, well done!
i have similar case, but calculation is taking forever, any advice?

Sir, if we build design like this, based on our design who will build this? Do you have any reference from iron machinery manufacturer?
have you validated it?
thanks !!

Hi Kapil! Can you do a flow study for me of a particular fan? please contact me
+Simone Rommelli
The process is absolutely the same....
help me
that is a fan is not a pump!
