Usually, people have friends and guests over to the house, and just feed everyone. Of course, you can go to any local seafood restaurant and have boiled crawfish with all the trimmings for whatever the current price is. You'll love Louisiana. Friendly people and great food. I live in the SE corner of the state.

@@jinderkaurbhangra4016 it is illegal to do that in New Zealand, You would get in a power of trouble and a huge fine for doing that. We have strong laws around the humane treatment of all living things that they must not suffer, plus its about being respectful and ending the life of another creature in a dignified way. Unfortunatley some countries the people are not educated and have pretty ignorant attidude towards life as in the case here. In this case he could of put them in a chiller for an hour which puts them to sleep before cooking and infact the flesh may be a little better as the animal would have gone through less stress.
Finally i found your comment. I thought nobody would care but at least some people do! I can't understand how you can't feel sorry for them. The least you can do to animals before you eat them is giving them a quick and painless death.

This is so sweet, I went Crawdad fishing with my dad as a girl, I was around 10 years old. One of the big Utah lakes and we just used a whole raw chicken tied to a rope, and would keep reeling it back in. We had 2 buckets full after a few hours. I was scared of them as a kid so veerer from eating but wanna try em so bad as an adult now
