I wonder, is a gunpla metallic gold marker good enough to hide the nub marks on the v-fin? Or is it a different shade of gold?

Hey, I noticed after building mine that C12 is still on the runner, but i cant find what it supposed to be used for on the manual. Did I miss something?
You can see part c12 in the assembly instructions of the head, only using 1 part so there will be excess
