Curls with harambe feel incredible. Such a smooth, targeted burn to fatigue
So many ways to train our bodies, thanks again Mike..
Thanks so much Lou for all the support.
Not sure if you have been following Khalid but he is about a week out from competing in a body building competition after only using Harambe. Pretty incredible at 40.
He did tell me about that and I did see his recent email. Looks great.
He looks great. I’m very proud of Khalid such a down to earth humble guy
I am so addicted to using band. I have been doing high intensity training a lot these days.
Great workout, man.
I’m about to begin using the X3 Bar again as part of a new regimen and miss using it.
The flat bench press version using the Harambe looks to still be a favorite of mine.
Thanks Stevie. I think with these systems they always feel better when there's some time off with them.
Nice workout, loving the 80s synthwave lol
Haha thanks. I feel like this is the only neutral genre
Thank you Mike, appreciate all your content! I love both X3 and Harambe! I have feeling there has to be a way to take it to another level of resistance bands! If not its all good, Im still content 🙂
Thanks Tim as always
great job mike. really enjoying the content being shown in different locations. really highlights the versatility behind hybrid resistance philosophy not just being the equipment itself but that you can mix it up by being creative in different locations. echo what another poster said too… you got a predator/rambo vibe going on man! “they drew first blood” 😂😂
Thanks so much Tom. Always mean a lot when you enjoy a video. I might have to keep going with that outdoor / "primitive" theme. First Blood is up there as one of my favorites. Don't know if you ever heard that story of the production, but it was one of the most demanding shoots.
White + Yellow OHP is no joke! I love Harambe, though I don't have the patience to change the setup between sets like this. Instead I just stick to multiple sets of one exercise at a time, and then switch
I can see that for sure. I found coming back to it after a lay off that I didn't mind the change up as much as I used to using hook based bars.
I really want this system. This video keeps tempting me.
Good stuff. Like this sort of content. 😊
Thanks man. As always, let me know what you want to see.
Mike! Working out in the rain and hail??!!😂
I swear you're Rambo!
Awesome channel!
😅👍
haha thanks brother. It actually worked out well as the workout progressed the clouds slowly crept in, culminating in the rain you saw in the intro.
Lately I've been doing lat pulldowns and tricep push downs with the harambe bar and the band anchored above me on a pull up bar. A little awkward to setup but they feel great and add more variety. Might be worth checking out.
I’m with you on that. On my first “bar program” I mentioned that’s one of my favorite ways to hit the back/triceps. I just find the Harambe is the hardest to set up for these
Great video Mike, could you possibly do a lower body video like this one? Can you stack 41 inch band and 37 inch bands on the same exercise?
I actually did one like that, link here ua-cam.com/video/NygGuGhbw9g/v-deo.html
But I can definitely can do more in the future. You could for sure stack the bands, but that's going to be tough considering how hard the harambe bands already are.
@@hybridresistance ok I will check that link out ,thank you. I eventually will get a set of Harambe bands, thank you again.
Is putting ropes through those rods easy? I ordered three ropes and wondering whether I will need separate rods for each pair of ropes or it's fine to just use one pair of rods and change it with different lengths of ropes?
Yea, it's not a big deal. I do find that the ropes can like to slip out easy though sometimes.
