Hi there if you still need an answer there is no difference. Just think about it, at the end of the day all the pen mods are the same except 3 main factors. Weight, length, and feel. All of these are preference. Someone who is taller and has large hands, would want a bigger, and longer mod. Someone shorter may want a lighter mod. The way the mod feels in your hands is dependent on your hands! So ultimately its all about your preference. Build some diy mods at home ( don't need to be good) just to gauge what type of lengths and weights you like, and then you can seek out a better quality mod
