Doom will return he is in the Halloween Reality which will be brought to the island maybe Doom arrives via the Doom Tower just like how he did in the event
The fact that Doom had THAT much HP, and we killed Galactus with Battle Buses (ik they had bombs) and Travis Scott was 10x bigger. Doom is the Final Boss of Fortnite
Doom will come back when the Halloween Reality is rifted which is soon as the beacons are rifting the Reality to the island and Doom was rifted to that Reality

The horn isn’t bc he killed namor, it’s just an Easter egg to Doom who played it in a comic. Also the forge isn’t referencing Dormammu it’s Mephisto. And Doom was rifted back to the marvel 616 reality we know that from the story quests.
