Around 4pm po. Gulat kami kasi bukas na sila kahit wala pang 4:30, and kami yung nakakuha nung last table hehe. Tas ayun nagstart na yung pila, bilis humaba.

I see nothing wrong with being a "tourist" especially if you're visiting the place for the first time. After crossing off the "tourist traps" (as you refer to them) from your list, then you can go off the beaten path.
