Pranjal sir, I completely agree with you on the statement "Aap unhi stocks me tik paoge jinko aapne khud research karke chuna hai."✨. But when you say "invest in stocks whose products you use on a daily basis", I'm not very sure:
One of my friends bought Colgate share because he used its products but he wasn't able to even beat the market for the past 5 years.
He loved the services of Yes bank so he invested in its share and you know what happened after that.
My father has a business in the paper industry, so he understood the industry well and bought the share of India's no.1 paper supplier because demand and product was really good but the company went bankrupt.
I have so many examples where my friends and family invested in the companies whose products they used but ended up losing money.

My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless. I’ve only ever saved($ 510,000), never invested but want to start.
My portfolio has good companies, however it has been stalling since last year. I have approximately $ 200k stagnant in my reserve that needs growth.
As with any big financial decision , it’s important to keep your guard’s up for economic risks. However, smart planning ,time management and seeking advise from a financial adviser can help keep you and your money safe.

I just have one point. Will Colgate give 10% sales growth over the next 10 years as it has already reached saturation level and market share has dropped from 55% to 48% compared to brittania which is gaining market share on a consistent basis and has pricing power and is slowly trying to increase the revenue percentage for their cake and dairy business.

I have question that why all ace investors in India invest in small cap organization that we hardly know about that organizations, while warren buffer invest heavily in large cap like apple, Bank of America, American Express, VISA , Hp and so on. I know late rakesh junjunwalaji invest in Titan that is only exception. Pls pranjal try to answer the question.

I have on going homeloan @9.2% intrest, after my EMI i can spare some extra money can you please suggest that extra money should I use in repayment of my home loan or should I invest. Would love to get a reply from you or if you can cover this in any of your videos.
Raise a request to Bank for interest rate reduction. Around 0.5 % reduce ho sakta hai
For closing loan early and saving on interest. You can try paying 1 to 2 EMI extra payment per annum, Which will help reducing your principal amount, which eventually will help you to save a lot on interest part. And always try to reduce tenure rather than EMI amount.
