And what is extra annoying is Pentagon do everything for themselves. They write the songs, come up with the concepts, they even find choreographers and music video directors, design their album covers and clothes. Cube just had to give them a small check to release their stuff…
Well, Cube is considered to be the shittiest company out there for a reason, isn't it? Pentagon could be easily on StrayKids or Seventeen level in terms of popularity. They have all it takes to be superstars.
They suck managing all their artists. And only Gidle has decent promotion from their entire company. They have good groups like pentagon, btob , lightsum , CLC with sm potential but they just abandon them. And now some members of Penta left and I can sense their disbandment coming bc their very best company just debuted a new boy group when they can't even handle the groups they already got. New group could mean another artist is disbanding. I really hope Penta has a future.

Kino under the same company with woods if i'm not wrong, Yeoone and Wooseok still don't have the news, Yanan in China and Yuto i think with agency in Japan and well the hyung line still have remain contract left with Cube because millitary before, we will know if they are going sign under new company together in 2025 ( my hope😂 ) if i didn't count it wrong for the last member contract end.. if you ask why they left, their contract ended and didn't renew cause not a good company tbh, it's good news cause Cube didn't deserve them and sad too cause we won't see them perform together for a while..

Tbh i wasn't too interested in kpop till my friend introduced me to it around 2017-2018, but one of the most popular groups that i learned about was Pentagon even tho i didn't rly pay more attention to kpop till 2022, but still im so happy that this group got to make music and share it to the whole world and introduce kpop to many others like me.

I've nowhere near a fan of Pentagon but as a listener to k-pop for more than 10 years, they boyz have always been amazing to me. They've been consistant with their release and they rarely disappoint in that regard but for whatever fucking reasons they've never truly popped off. They popped off enough to be a sort of "one hit wonder group" regarding their single "Shine" and they are well-known in the industry and respected in that regard. Despite all that they never achieved the level of stardom that their talents warranted and it's fucking bittersweet. I simply wish them the best so that they can all achieve whatever dreams and aspirations they have in their hearts. Just like my fave GOT7 did i hope they can get their freedom back, remain together and face the next chapter hand in hand but also on their own. You guys did a good job and you'll keep on doing fantastic i truly believe so. The most beautiful moments in life are yet to come i swear. Much love, a random k-pop dwelling fan out there.

I have been a fan and their music is really really good and fun. Their company failed them. I look at very talented people like jinho(a vocal trainer and huge singer), Hui ( a genius composer and producer), kino ( writer and producer) all in a group of such talented men ( 7 talented men ) and a company failed to market that! Not trying to call other groups mediocre coz everyone works hard for their fame and position in these groups but we have seen groups that are not as good as pentagon but are way popular and marketed well. I do not know if pentagon I doing well in South Korea but internationally you just can’t keep up with so little content on them. . I hope they all get the recognition they deserve with better mgt in the future.

I've nowhere near a fan of Pentagon but as a listener to k-pop for more than 10 years, they boyz have always been amazing to me. They've been consistant with their release and they rarely disappoint in that regard but for whatever fucking reasons they've never truly popped off. They popped off enough to be a sort of "one hit wonder group" regarding their single "Shine" and they are well-known in the industry and respected in that regard. Despite all that they never achieved the level of stardom that their talents warranted and it's fucking bittersweet. I simply wish them the best so that they can all achieve whatever dreams and aspirations they have in their hearts. Just like my fave GOT7 did i hope they can get their freedom back, remain together and face the next chapter hand in hand but also on their own. You guys did a good job and you'll keep on doing fantastic i truly believe so. The most beautiful moments in life are yet to come i swear. Much love, a random k-pop dwelling fan out there.

I have been a fan and their music is really really good and fun. Their company failed them. I look at very talented people like jinho(a vocal trainer and huge singer), Hui ( a genius composer and producer), kino ( writer and producer) all in a group of such talented men ( 7 talented men ) and a company failed to market that! Not trying to call other groups mediocre coz everyone works hard for their fame and position in these groups but we have seen groups that are not as good as pentagon but are way popular and marketed well.
I do not know if pentagon I doing well in South Korea but internationally you just can’t keep up with so little content on them. .
I hope they all get the recognition they deserve with better mgt in the future.
