I bought my first pair of Sheertex tights over 2 years ago, and I still wear them regularly to this day! Today I am hoping to answer the question: Are Sheertex tights worth the money? At the full $120 price tag, I'm not sure if I could justify it! However, at their usual sale price of $34, absolutely! I have worn and washed my pairs hundreds of times at this point and they still look just as good as they day I got them. Today we will look at the tights, talk about how they fit + feel, and I will show off how indestructible they are.
If you saw my original Sheertex review and are wondering where it went, I have officially privated it. Way too many men were watching and rewatching that video, leaving super creepy comments, and it made me super uncomfortable. It's sad that I had to make such a huge disclaimer at the beginning of this one.

I want to be explicitly clear - if you are a man who enjoys fashion or watching review style videos, I have no problem with that. My problem comes when men send me disgusting, degrading, sexualizing comments on a video that is CLEARLY not targeted to them. Go on the other site and pay a woman who actively promotes that kind of content. I make videos for women, and have a majority female audience. Any gross comments will be removed and you will be blocked from commenting again!

Hello Jamie! I'm so glad you reviewed these. I like wearing pantyhose, but I kind of dread doing so because I nearly always end up tearing them somehow. Granted, they're usually the cheapest I can find, but it's still annoying. These seem like a very good deal for the price. I like the pair you have on here. I like your entire outfit, actually. I love the fit and length of the skirt. Did you say the skirt comes with shorts attached? These pantyhose have a built in panty, right? Does the thicker part come down the legs, and if so, how far below the crotch? I ask because most of my skirts and dresses are shorter than your skirt, so I'm wondering what will show when I wear them with these pantyhose. It's impressive that you have four pairs and you have worn a couple of them for a year with no problems. How do they do it!! 😊
Yes the skirt is from Halara and has built in shorts! Obviously they are super short so they don’t show, but I love it - I have a couple different colours! The Sheertex tights come in 3 different kinds - classic, control top, and shaping. The classic have a tiny diamond shaped gusset, but are otherwise sheer and could be worn under anything. The control top have essentially tiny short-shorts at the top and provide a little bit of smoothing, they could be worn under most skirts + dresses except the shortest ones, the shaping ones have mid thigh length shaper shorts built in, so you would only be able to wear them under longer skirts! I think it’s nice that they have all 3! Basically if it doesn’t say “control top” or “shaper” it will be a standard pair of pantyhose, but indestructible!
I can see why some women love having shorts under dresses, but for me personally I just don't like it. I mean, if chub rub is a reality for someone then I totally get wearing shorts, otherwise I just don't get it. Thank you so much for explaining the differences in the tights without having to actually show them. So, the classic tights are what I used to see referred to as "sheer to the waist"? Control tops are my favorite style with the smoothing panty built in. I wear them under my mini skirts and dresses a lot. I have seen in pictures that the darker shorts area of the pantyhose does show when I'm sitting though. Not a deal breaker. I have to try the Sheertex control top tights! Also, they should be paying you and providing free tights to you! 😊

Do all sheertex tights also come with gussets, or only just some? I ask cuz I love wearing tights and leggings, but I just hate the appearance of cloth gussets, idk y I can’t explain it lol

Do you know if these Sheertex tights have a circular patch under the legs?
I’m not 100% sure what you mean by that. They have a gusset between the legs, the legs are just standard semi-sheer, and then they do have a seam on the toe as well.
