If you want a computer to be properly configured and work 100% to your standards you must build

Building your own PC was the right thing to do! I am sure you're really proud because you built it yourself and didn't just buy it... And this computer has quite good stats, I have to say. Sure, there are faster computers - but I am sure this one will do all the things you need it to do and it's yours🙂 Good to see you actually being a member of pcmr!

Build looks good! I'd recommend fixing the liquid cooler. Place the fan on the inside of the radiator so air is pushed through instead of pulled. This will be your exhaust. On another note hopefully the ram kit is all the same timings and speeds. XMP helps! Good build man and hope you enjoy it!

@@DylanLanham probably know him by face. Never really got to know all of them in the parts department personally.
I was there last week trying to sell back one of my RTX 3070 Ti and an RX 6700 XT graphics cards, so I can buy parts for a 13th-Gen Intel build, since I have an Arc A770 16 GB card sitting here on my desk. They wanted to give me $250 on the 3070 Ti, when I paid $700 for it brand new, and it is STILL brand new (only used it a handful of times to test PC builds). And they wouldn't buy back the RX 6700 XT (again, used to test builds) since it was still a very viable card. I was about to drop another $900 that day, but I walked out with my cards and went home instead.

newly built PC goes hard, congrats!
my current PC is a weird mix of parts atm, Arc A770 (16GB), i3 13100 (regular variant so I get video editing capabilities thank god), 16gb of DDR4 ram, 1TB NVMe SSD, and a random 1TB HDD from my first rig.
It was meant to be a server, but I turned it into a rig as my gaming laptop has some weird gripes atm (RX 6700S + R9 6900HS, but performance was about the same as my previous desktop for no reason, even after I optimized its fan curve and power delivery)
... I might turn it into a server again, I might grab an AMD B450/B550 mobo off Aliexpress with a Ryzen 5 5600X3D if I can find one, otherwise I'll get a 12th gen i7 if possible and find a Z-series mobo online.

great video and congrats on building your first PC :). the ONLY thing I can think of to change in the setup is the CPU Cooler/Heatsink, i'd recommend going with either the Coolermaster Hyper 212 which is quite a decent price of $29.99USD from Micro Center.
but other than that WELL DONE AND CONGRATS DUDE :)

if you wanted a semi-budget graphics card, I'd recommend the RX 5700 XT, or even the RX 6700 XT since they're pretty cheap compared to nvidia's gpu's and have a lot more vram! :D

that radiator is in the wrong position, you need to position the tubes on the radiator portion to the bottom. ua-cam.com/video/BbGomv195sk/v-deo.html
