I'm starting to solo Emiya too but I was wondering, how do you know when it's best to use Hawkeye and projection? How do you know when you should do a triple arts chain instead of a brave chain with a buster card in it? I'm always spamming triple arts chains because I'm scared not to have UBW at the next turn but it doesn't work well
When I solo, I always try to manage my np gauge and star generating at the same time. When you managed to fill the np gauge to 40%+, activate Hawkeye and use full Arts chain becuase not only can you fill up the np gauge, but you're also generating a lot of stars because the Arts card has 3 hits and hawkeye gives you 100% stargen. Don't worry if the np gauge did not fill fully after that, because the enemy's attacks can fill up the rest of the gauge with their attacks, but beware if the enemy only has a few hit counts on their attacks and uses skills a lot, because that might lead to your np gauge not filling up fully. After that, activate Projection and use your np with a Arts+Buster for full on damage with crits. If the Buster card does not have enough stars, use another Arts card instead. And then with one more turn of Hawkeye left, now you sufficient amount of stars for guaranted crit brave chain, you can choose between B+A+A, or full Arts brave chain, because either way you can deal damage or fill your np again for another round of np. And afterwards it's just a matter of waiting for the cooldowns. Hope this helps!

It's one of the benefits of grailing him, his hp stat gets even better.
