Yes. You can forget about walkability. You are going to drive to do just about everything. They could do a better job of putting shops into a neighborhood. Yes you live in the woods. Be ready for wildlife. Lizards frogs and snakes are common. You'll occasionally see deer, hawks and even bald eagles. Yes alligators too. They usually get removed from lakes...
