i also had same problem of gas leakage we changed the washer after that whenver new cylinder iget for checking the leakage i break theseal and place the regulator on it cheking leaking or no

Always this happened for me long back after tat each and every time before giving amount compulsory I wil ask him to check in front of me
Same thing was happened to me also. They have taken the original knobs and put duplicate knobs. 2nd time I have called local gad repair person he told everything. This is called company work. You have a right to complain ONGC also.
