I replayed Prison Escape again and used the uzi, AK-47 and grenades to finish the mission; while not using the PSG and caring it forward to this mission. Hope that answer your question.
The easiest way for a novice player to get an Agent Rank in this mission is to use the PSD. To get a PSD with full ammo, you have to redo the previous mission and don't use the PSD, use other weapons to finish the mission and carry the PSD over. You can finishes this mission without the PSD but it will be more difficult and you will use a different technique. I am sure you can find videos of it here in youtube. Goodluck.

salasmomonicesalas I would guess, its measured by Shots Hit/Total shot fired. But I would not know much about the internal coding of the game. Just make every shot you fire, count.
please help in the last mission i folowed you but at the end i failed because some gaurds killed priboi so i had to snipe them i didnt knew i need sniper for this level now i dont have ammo how to do this then please help

the only thing is that if you don't have the ammo for the PSD, what do you do? because your technique ids totally lame without a sniper rifle.
What key is used to focus/zoom in with PSG -ISD ? I am unable to zoom in with this gun....
check controls, usually it's right click to use scope, h to zoom in and n to zoom out
