    I'm so torn about having a specific niche. I live in a rural area and there are a lot of therapists. So when I get a referral I hate to have a specific population I work with because I don't get the referral. (I do have some populations I don't work with but I am more of a generalist.) Any advice for me? (And I would LOVE to know how to get SEO for a nearby city that I don't live in? ) :)

      Maybe you could keep track of the referrals you're getting over time to see if there are a few areas of focus that trend in your area-- then see which of those resonate with you the most?
