Brilliant brief no messing about introduction/tutorial into TF2 modding. As BH says, there are multiple 3D modelling programs, generally they all do the same thing, and once you've done a little 3D modelling it's all the same sort of thing. There's lots of good 3D modelling tutorials on UA-cam in any program you choose, so don't be afraid to give it a go or feel overwhelmed by it, once you learn the basics and you understand it, you're half way there to creating anything you wanted.
Hey, is it possible to make a video with a ready-made 3d model. I have tried the method you indicate in the video. With a purchased model but unfortunately without success. I don't know if you have time for this but it would be great!
Oh yes. I have to admit that this tutorial just showed me that I am not the person to make some! But I'd love some half-cab double deckers, Bristol Lodekka or Routemaster for instance. Thanks for the video though; it shows that it's not a piece of cake, though like anything, with practice you will no doubt find it easier. It makes me appreciate those who have taken the trouble, and also why boxy vehicles are easier to produce.
Unfortunately, I can't open model editor, I've tried on Mac, dosent work, installed a virtual machine on windows 11, dosent work... Do you have a solution by any chance ?
@@jambonavecdubeurre Interesting. Have you double-checked whether your user ID and the path is correct? If that's the case, check if the path is split by / and not _ or similar symbols. Also, make sure to use the .bat version of the model editor and not the other one. I have no experience with Mac, so I apologize for not being able to help you more

I am so ready for a whole series
You have been gone for so long it’s good to have you back 😁
Welcome back :D
Any chance of ever making a return? You made easily the best TpF2 videos
Hi!
Would you be able to make a mod resembling the uSky technology?
will you ever come back to TPF2..

Thanks for all your work, however seems to be a shortage of Britsh vehicles from the 50'd through the 70's&80's

Very nice, thanks

Do you get an error message and if yes, what does it say?
