First round: you were really lucky there! First obviously against that Centenario, but even more so against the AMG. The AMG must have been driven by a noob as he missed 3 opportunities to wipe you out by triggering the race in the right moment (first when you approached him, then when you chased him, where he could have easily done a u-turn trap and finally when you were beside him he still could have triggered the race first and out-accelerated you on the highway in the AMG).
Yup I definitely was! A few changes in the setup like you mentioned could have made a big difference!

@@StriderZYT yeah those southern pyramids I think are a good entry point for the jungle if the finish is to the south of them
@3:56 its always when you look at a Drop or back at the opponent that house//tractor pallet boxes appear. and trash your momentum

About the format: personally I think separate videos per round are better.
I think shorter is better, I liked your cuts/speed ups in your previous videos.
I want to do it myself in the future, but have to change something and limit myself to more special content instead of every round I won, as I won‘t even remotely have the time to edit all these videos…
I did quite a few uploads myself today and now only did the more interesting rounds, but still got over a month of content to catch up….
Once I have caught up I hope I‘ll find the time to start editing the few select videos I‘ll upload.
I understand perfectly; that's pretty much what I've had in mind as well. I can win a round, but unless there's a standout moment, it might not be worth uploading. Audi Doo suggested doing these longer Specials only once a month, so that's something I'm considering as well. Ultimately this was a test run to see what people's reaction to this format is, and then make a decision based on that. Thanks for the feedback!

The challenging not working has been happening to me too lately. There are also times now that I won't get a notification for a challenge for up to 10 seconds after. I'm not sure if that is happening to my opponent too or if they have been getting that much of a head start. Also the cars lately seem like they have been frequently flipping or going out of control way more often. This past update really changed the Eliminator and not in a good way. Hope it gets fixed.
Yah one thing I've noticed since the update is that my minimap has been "shifting" every now and then. Like a flicker of sorts; it's weird..
@@StriderZYT Mine too! It twitches pretty bad at times. Also the game seems like it is shaky often, especially when the minimap is on the fritz.
I played today in the Eliminator on Forza Horizon #4 and there were a lot more players in the rounds today. Normally I get anywhere from 4 to 16 at the most that play. Today it was in the mid to upper 30s. Makes me wonder if people are leaving Forza #5 because of the same issues happening.
@@thevgbuddy791 Yeah. I've noticed all these issues since the last update. The minimap looking like it's a compass trying to line up correctly, the challenges not working, the poor handling on most of the cars, bad connections etc. Everything you mentioned has definitely made the Eliminator worse. Hopefully PGG/T10 will receive some feedback and do something about it 🙏🏻
I think quite a few went back to FH4, especially for Eliminator as there were so few problems or issues with it. FH5 lost a massive part of its fan base with all the ongoing issues I reckon.
@@thevgbuddy791 Just seen a couple of videos from other UA-camrs and you are definitely not imagining it. The cars are definitely more unstable since the update. PGG changed some physics and it's affected the entire game, try doing a Dirt or CC race in an Offroader that was previously stable and you'll see what I mean. It possibly may explain the sudden speed increase in the Jesko too?? 🤔
Get used to crappy handling until they fix it 😞

Thanks, but I'm not so sure about that :) We've actually never done a head-2-head yet, and only been in the same game once (that I can remember anyway). Unfortunately I got eliminated by someone else, so I don't know how that round played out.

I am facing a disconnection issue also…. Any one did???? Last night I lost a final race, near about 500 meters away from the end line I was disconnected and today I lost a good race with rs 200 vs my rs 6 . Anyways…. I am enjoying your wins🏆🏆🏆

@@StriderZYT Sweet!! The "Specials" is a good idea for sure. Maybe do them on a regular basis like monthly?? 🤔 I would say the feedback should be pretty positive on it. Brownies for me..... In the first round on the highway surely had it been someone more experienced the AMG would have caught you on the first and second encounter.... Speaking of level 10 cars.... does anybody notice how annoying and frustrating it is that the developers did not bother to fix the level 10 car issues?... In FH4 we can cycle through level 10 cars when we win a race with them.. We move on to the next option... But in this annoying thing i can only move on to the stupid FUNCO... So i did because it always the first garbage that shows up... Then i win with it hoping to move to another car only to get back the first car i got which was the Level 10 lambo🤦🤦🤦 so i did again hoping to move on only to see the Funco return as the option😡😡😡😡

My solution is to find a Brocky/RS200/AMG and race them for their car. Or, downgrade to a level 9 (or 8) and hope you get a different option once you hit level 10 again.
@@StriderZYT yea thats what i have to do... Race someone with the level 10 vehicle that i want.. But thats much harder than it looks. I never tried downgrading to upgrade going to try it
Yes it is super frustrating. Especially how the only way you can get the Mercedes AMG, Hoonigan RS200 and Brocky is when they offer it when you upgrade from 9 to 10 or if you beat someone with the vehicle. Every single time you win with a 10, it will either give you the Funco or Lambo. If you choose the Funco, then it will always be the Lambo next and then the Funco then the Lambo and so on. Another frustrating feature is when you get the upgrades, you cannot refuse the upgrade in order to get a different car from the same level if you win your next head to head match. Can't tell you how many times I get upgraded from the DeBerti to the Cholla, to Ferrari, to Camaro, to Trackhawk to Funco. I've had this happen several times then the reward at the end is most times either the Funco or Lambo.
@@thevgbuddy791 i thought it was only frustrating me!!... I am like what the hell.. I feel like the game purposely wants me to lose when i get one of those cars.. i recall saying to hell with this i am not taking that... I didnt decide to upgrade i decided to get a different same level car car.. Won that race only to go get the same car to upgrade to.. Only way to get cars we want is to either find them or take them from opponents.
