A few months back I visited a very well known Ayurvedic herbs dealer in Kerala in Thrissur. It is from this dealer that most Ayurvedic pharmacies ( including the big names) get their vetiver roots for making medicines. I asked for a sample and it smelled odd. It did not smell anywhere near Vetiver though it looked the same as vetiver. I went in depth to understand about this and got to know that most of the vetiver available in the market are adulterated. The essential oils are extracted from the roots and sent to international markets and what we get is just the roots with literally no medicinal value! In this day and age, we have to be careful about everything that we get in the market, including medicines. Now coming to the best use of vetiver: boil a handful of it in 1 litre water, strain it and drink it through out the day! Its the best thing to subside Pitta in summer! Vetiver is an ingredient in my cooling summer abhyanga oil for Pitta people - Sheeta Tailam, Glow Face Pack, and Glow Oil. The best part is the smell… Im so obsessed with the smell of vetiver that if at all I make an Ayurvedic perfume in the future, it will definitely be with this! 😀 If you wish to deepen your knowledge and understanding of Ayurveda, you can take my simple, but deep course: 'Learn Ayurveda from the Samhitas: Caraka Samhita' on my website www.doctorrekha.com Link to course: doctorrekha.com/elementor-2615/ To try my heirloom recipes: Hair Oil, Hair Scrub & Hair Pack, Glow Oil, Glow Face Pack, and Ayurvedic Kajal just drop a Hi on WhatsApp at +918848680397 INSTAGRAM LINK: instagram.com/doctorrekha FOR CONSULTATIONS: WhatsApp: +918848680397 or Email info@doctorrekha.com

Rom.13:1-7 mentions sword. How do u explain that? Is it possible that the text is in alignment with what Peter said in 1Pt.4?
