The shape of the shadow should be curved a little bit by the shape of the model's body

Exactly. For that you can use a displacement map and some tweaking.

Very nice tutorial, I just miss the 3D transform of the shadows when dropped over the bodies. I guess that applying a distort map bases on the otiginal picture may help a little. Thank you Nemanja.

It is a nice cheap trick but that's not how shadows work You cannot have straight rays on curved surfaces and you cannot have the same ray from background to foreground. it is cool though in terms of contrast but it needs more work like some warping and some displacement maybe. Thanks for the general idea though 👍

You are right. You can use displacement map, remove form parts that you don't need etc. You can make it really cool. But that's for a different tutorial.
